one of the better products out there without all the side effects.I am currently using this stuff it as not been long 12 days but no need to smoke it has exceeded my expectations being a heavy smoker for 20 plus years

Just having to remember to put the patch on reminded me why I was doing in the first place:
better health better life more energy I was so sick of smoking being a central part of my life. I'm smoking less and less each week, but most of all, I just reminded of what the real goal is. It's tough to quit, but this is helping. Was this review helpful to you?

I smoked for 15 years a pack a day and was able to put the pack down and the patch on and quit. It is great how the patch takes away the cravings and also helps with weight control. Not only did I quit the habit I also lost 10 pounds in in the process. I would highly recommend this to everyone. Good luck to your way of a healthier you !

I smoked for 30 years and I smoked 2 and a-half packs a-day. I have tried quitting many times over the last 10 years and have always gone back to smoking within a week or two. I have used many of the different products that are out there to help quitting and nothing has ever worked including prescription drugs. I heard about Zero Nicotine and decided to try it. I bought 4 boxes and started on a Monday. I knew by Thursday that I had finally quit smoking after 30 years
